Muay Thai is the art of 8 limbs because of its use of hands, legs, knees and elbows to make one of the most effective striking systems utilized in the world. What should I bring with me?

We recommend bringing boxing gloves, hand wraps and shin guards if you have them. If not, we have gear that can be used for the class but for long term training we recommend students to get own boxing gloves and wraps at minimum.
